הקשר בין נוחות לנינוחות

החלטתי לקחת את אלה לסט צילומים נוסף, ראשית, בגלל שהיא חברה טובה (כבר אמרתי את זה?) ושנית בגלל האנרגיה המדהימה שלה. אין מה לעשות, כשבחורה נינוחה ושמחה היא פשוט קורנת! ותוסיפו לזה עוד "מקדם קרינה" עקב ההריון והרי לכם כוכבת מנצנצת...

כנראה שהקלישאה שיופיה של אישה מתעצם כשנוח לה אינה סתם קלישאה. אני מסכימה עם האמירה הזו גם כאישה וגם כמעצבת, אם כי, שלא תהיה כאן טעות, אני ממש לא מתכוונת לנוחות של נעלי בית וטריינינג. זה פשוט מדי, קל מדי, וגם אל תשכחו שביליתי מספר לא מבוטל של שנים בפריז ושיק פריזאי הוא לגמרי לא טריינינג (השאריות הפריזאיות שבי מזדעזעות מהמחשבה!).

אני מאמינה באמת ובתמים, וגם מיישמת, שאפשר להרגיש בנוח בשמלה קטנטנה ושחורה וסופר סקסית המדגישה קימורים ומעוטרת בבד צרוב בסגנון תחרה בחלקה העליון. השמלה או הטוניקה הזו, תלוי איך תרצו ללבוש אותה, היא בעצם טוניקה להנקה ומאפשרת להניק את הזאטוט בקלות ובנוחות, בלי סירבולים והתפשטות מיותרת ועדיין להישאר שיקית תוך כדי. זה מה שאני אוהבת!

אז אולי בעת הצילומים עוד לא היה לאלה את מי להיניק (העוגה עדיין נאפית בתנור) אבל אין ספק שהיא כבר חשבה על העתיד לבוא והשתעשעה עם אחד מהאוצרות הרבים שמצויים אצלי בסטודיו. במקרה זה מדובר בעליונית קטנטנה לתינוק, עשויה מסריג בעבודת יד ובעלת סגירה ייחודית. כשראיתי את הדבר המשגע הזה בפריז פשוט לא יכולתי לעבור לסדר היום והייתי חייבת לצרף אותו לאוסף. מקסים, לא?

I've decided to ask the lovely Alla to join me again for another photo shoot. First f all, because she is a dear friend, and second because of her amazing energy! You know how it is - when a lady is relaxed and happy she just glows! Factoring in the pregnancy glow, and this lovely lady beams!

I guess that the cliche that 'a woman who is comfortable is more beautiful' is not not just another cliche. I agree with this concept both as a woman and as a designer, although I don't think this mentioned comfort is the comfort of slippers and pajamas. Pajamas are just too frumpy and they were meant to be slept in. and that's it! Also, don't forget I spent a few years in Paris and Parisenne chic is definitely not 'pajama chic'....

I truly believe (and also apply) that you can feel comfy in a little black and super sexy dress which shows off your curves, and which is decorated with a lace like fabric on top. This dress, or tunic - depends on how you would want to wear it, is actually a nursing tunic, which allows you to nurse your little one with comfort and ease, and still look chic (and not reveal yourself) while doing it. And this is exactly what I love!

While we were shooting, Alla found one of the little treasures I keep in my studio: This is a tiny knitted baby top, all hand-made, with a gorgeous stripes pattern. When I saw it in Paris I just knew I had to add it to my collection. Lovely, isn't it?
